How does the new-client guarantee work?
We log every inquiry that comes through your website and Google profile (forms, messages and calls). If none of them becomes your client within 45 days of launch, we refund everything you’ve paid. It applies if you gave us the content and access needed to launch and replied to inquiries. Claim it by email within 15 days after the 45 days end; it can be used once.
Who writes the articles?
We do: short articles on what your clients ask, like deadlines, S-corps, quarterly estimates and bookkeeping. We send each one to you first; if nothing needs changing within three business days, we publish it. Articles are general information, never tax advice.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. You pay month to month and can cancel whenever you like, with 30 days’ notice.
Is anything added to the $449?
No. There’s no setup fee, and we add no sales tax or VAT. $449 a month is the price.
Who owns the website and the Google profile?
Your Google profile is always yours; we manage it only as your authorized representative. The content and the domain are yours too. The website runs on our platform while the subscription lasts.
Do you handle my clients’ tax information?
No. Your website forms ask only for a name, contact details and a message. We never need tax returns, Social Security numbers or your accounting records.
Where are you based?
In Zagreb, Croatia. Your agreement, invoices and support are in English, prices are in US dollars, and we’re available in your business hours.
